The primary aim of our organisation is to help senior consumers and their relatives to sensibly and rationally discuss the future and to come to mutually acceptable decisions.

We recognise that such dialogues are not easy to initiate and that individual situations can be the source of stress and tension.

Through our on-line forum and monthly e-newsletter, we encourage the exchange of views and experiences.

We acknowledge that some senior consumers are vulnerable and can sometimes be the subject of aggressive and unethical direct sales approaches from companies wishing to promote their goods and services.

We shall make every effort to protect their interests and actively encourage and welcome the participation of their children and relatives in the purchase decision-making process, subject to Data Protection principles.
